usb flash on network router

Hi there running Puppy Precise on a flash drive.
On my router I have a flash drive connected to it.
How do I config Precise so it can detect it and I can save to it instead of filling up the drive Precise is on?
Thanks you.

what protocol is the router using ?. assuming sshfs, perhaps something like this would work:
Code:
sshfs pianoforte361@router:/whatever/floats/your/boat /whatever/grinds/your/gears

If you can get a manual for it then you find out how to use the usb on it. Generally you insert the usb and use the web configuration in the router to share this usb. It may allow you to use windows file sharing or ftp in most cases. Once you set up a share to have a read and write area then you can move data between the two. It might be that you'd have to use a ftp program to move it from your computer to this network location. It might be that you can set up a samba share on router to move files via file manager.

For the most part you have to read the windows information and just convert it to linux.
