Sorry paul_m_d if you REALLY want a laugh, then you've just got to watch some of the flash music video's at rather good They made me laugh lot's or if you like the cartoons with a very black sense of humour, then happy tree friends is the place - though not really for the "kiddies".

Oh, and what was the actual name of the package that you bought to get a deal like that? I've held out on buying the 9.2 power pack because if you check the mandrakestore.com site, and select the UK, you'll see that they will only offer the 9.2 powerpack +definitive guide for 79 euro's - and I for one don't want to pay in euro's, because there's about a 20% difference between 79 euro's and 79 $US. Which may still represent good value for money, it's just that to pay over the odd's would leave me feeling cheated - just because they can't set their website correctly.

regards

John

Alright - thank you all so much for your kind help! I've finally got it working!

To BigJohn: you where right - it actually wasn't even a shockwave file, but a flash file. It was part of shockwave.com so I assumed (incorrectly) that it must be shockwave content, but you know how these things go. Anyway, the missing bit was a library file that had to be installed in order for the flash plugin to work. I found that hint in some tutorial. So now, even rathergood works, and well, actually: it's rather good stuff on there isn't it?

To paul_m_d: Yeah - where did you get this package from, I mean with the two upgrade option? I have not ordered yet, since I want to wait until 10 comes out, but if you could share that information with us it would be greatly appreaciated!

Again, all of you: thanks a lot! I really am starting to feel comfy with this machine of mine!!!
