Question VirtualBox starting as 32 bit on a 64 bit device which doesn't acknowledge the existence of a 32 bit vbox (installed 64bit)

Hey yo.

when launching "VirtualBox" in terminal to start the 64 bit virtual box I installed the VirtualBox launched is 32 bit.
Issues are:

there is only 1 32 bit package of a vbox found from yum search

dnf remove can't find said 32 bit file

all installed items for vbox are 64 bit (dnf list installed)

Following is the not so surprising response when trying to launch 64 bit Kali.

one possibility is launching the wrong application with just "VirtualBox" in terminal although there still isn't any 32 bit vbox packages installed so i'm not sure.

Some help to get 64 bit vbox running is sought after, thank you in advance!

As far as I know you can only run a 32 bit guest within a vbox guest.

So is there a way to run 64 bit? Also how would it run if a 64 bit version is installed? Shouldn't it just not run at all?

What are trying to accomplish by running kali within your Fedora VM?

I have not tried but you should be able to run kali via a container.
