Question Wget - resuming interrupted website mirror using --continue - not working right

running Kubuntu 14.04..
I ran the command:
Code:
wget -mkEpnp http://example.org
and after a few hours, the terminal was shutdown for a good reason. I opened back up and ran this command:
Code:
wget -mkEpnp --continue http://example.org
Now what am getting is wget showing me all the files I already downloaded, one by one, and saying "the file is already fully retrieved, nothing to do".

The wget.log file is in the wget folder so I thought it would access that file and pick up where it left off. Is there something I am missing. There are a LOT of files on this site, tiny files, so it is going to take as long to do this as it did to d/s each 1-2k file probably.

Is there something I can do to make it really start where it stopped?

Sice you are mirroring with wget, it will check all of it again. You will have to wait. And the last download may styopped in half and it will resume it.
