how to get unity


hello guys,

i'm new here and i would like to get unity to do some work on unity for my university virtual reality departement. The thing is that i already searshed a bit on the web, i did try to use wine and similars but it bugs and won't install...

I'm grateful for any help

would be nice to describe what have you tried and what do you mean by "it bugs". What's happened?
What (kind of) unity do you mean?

Assuming that you mean the Unity3D 3D engine, it currently has no editor for Linux. You might have more luck using one of the free engines that come with Linux editors, like Godot: http://www.godotengine.org/projects/godot-engine

yes, it's the unity 3D engine, by bug i mean that it says that an error occurred and asks if i want to report the error...

The Unity editor does not have a Platinum rating in the Wine Application Database, so errors can be expected. This is why I recommended to use an engine that has a native Linux editor.
