FXP in Linux
any1 know of a good program that could FXP as well as FTP.
a really good one any1 have suggestions, please feel free to post. Thx |
IglooFTP does FXP, but since you say "a really good one" I will not specifically recommend it. Igloo is not GPL, and it also has a tendancy to crash more often than any other Linux program I've yet seen.
Hmmm....what does this say about closed source.... anyway, I've been looking for a decent alternative to FlashFXP myself, and so far haven't found one. I'll be sure to post if I find one. |
please doo, im lookin for one, if i come accross one, ill post it

pftp-mew is the scene standard for FXP'ers. Couple it with the "screen" utility and you have an extremely versatile combination.

u have a link to the d/l site?

http://pftpmew.tanesha.net/
Click the ">>>" characters up to the right to grab it. Screen probably comes with your distribution. Håkan |
