Format converters for PC Linux OS
 

Hello, I am looking for two types of converters. One is something to convert MS outlook pst files into thunderbird mbx files.

I am also looking for something which converts avi files into audio. My current platform is PC Linux OS.

the 2nd one im using DeVeDe at ubuntu 7.10 , it can build vcd, dvd and etc , but how is in Pc linux ?

I don't want to convert avi into cd movie format. I simply want to extract the audio from the avi to play back on my cd player. This is just a lecture I want to listen to while on the go.

The burning software I have on Pc Linux is Acid rip and sound juicer. Would any of them do it.?

Hi thanks for that link but there does't seem to be any documentation on how to use it. I downloaded it into my desktop and extracted. How do you install it..?

I am a newbie and you can tell..
