how to overcome :
fatal: bungled squid.conf line 1122: http_port 31268 transparent squid cahce (version 2.7 stable9) : terminated abnormaly

On debian 7.

i want to make Proxy transparent,

The fast answer is don't bungle the squid.conf.

This is your problem - you are in no position to demand a fast answer. And no, you probably won't get an emailed response from anyone. This is a public forum.

You may however gets lots of unsolicited emails from bad guys if you don't remove your address from public view

Well-crafted web-searches are much faster than Forums, especially
if one doesn't choose to follow guidelines for "asking questions".
