cannot import and install atrpms repository on my centos 6 and 7
 
Hi folks,
I have stucked in installing atrpms repository in my centos 7 and also in 6 while try to install ffmpeg in my machine.
this is the error
Code:

[root@aryan used]# rpm -ivh http://dl.atrpms.net/all/atrpms-repo-6-7.el6.x86_64.rpm
Retrieving http://dl.atrpms.net/all/atrpms-repo-6-7.el6.x86_64.rpm
curl: (7) Failed connect to dl.atrpms.net:80; Connection timed out
error: skipping http://dl.atrpms.net/all/atrpms-repo-6-7.el6.x86_64.rpm - transfer failed

Ok..what would you like us to tell you? That particular website is down, and not responding. If you tried putting that address into your web browser, you'd see the site is unavailable. Nothing anyone here can fix. Either use a different repository, or wait until the website comes back up.

Is there any way to install ffmpeg and ffmpeg-php in centos

And can you tell me the another way to build this ffmpeg and ffmpeg-php..I have installed ffmpeg-php 0.6 version.But this is not converting the images to video.
what is the problem.

Since you don't actually tell us what error(s)/message(s) you get, how, exactly, do you think we'll be able to tell you what the problem is???? We can't guess...post details.

ATrpm has not been maintained , just like rpmforge

If you MUST use third party repos
use "nux-dextop" or "LinuxTECH.NET"

but INSTALL AND CONFIGURE!!!!!
-- Centos 6 !!!

keep in mind that cent7 is now using the redhat documentation almost exclusively

with 7 there are new repos that are supposed to remove the need for the priorities plugin

extra , plus , and scl
