Ok..what would you like us to tell you? That particular website is down, and not responding. If you tried putting that address into your web browser, you'd see the site is unavailable. Nothing anyone here can fix. Either use a different repository, or wait until the website comes back up.

Since you don't actually tell us what error(s)/message(s) you get, how, exactly, do you think we'll be able to tell you what the problem is???? We can't guess...post details.

ATrpm has not been maintained , just like rpmforge

If you MUST use third party repos
use "nux-dextop" or "LinuxTECH.NET"
https://wiki.centos.org/AdditionalRe...s/Repositories

but INSTALL AND CONFIGURE!!!!!
-- Centos 6 !!!
"yum-plugin-priorities"
https://wiki.centos.org/PackageManag...Yum/Priorities

keep in mind that cent7 is now using the redhat documentation almost exclusively

with 7 there are new repos that are supposed to remove the need for the priorities plugin

extra , plus , and scl
