the site and contact their IT department?

I have contacted the IT department about my problem. They just said that it only worked on IE, they hardly knew anything about Linux
and when i asked whould they change their internet banking in the furture they said maybe if the amount pf users on Linux increases.
I did explain about the user base, many people using Mozilla, Firefox etc on Windows and also that Linux is more secure but the didn't seem to care.

I tried this on both Firefox, Mozilla and Konqurer. It acually brings me a bit further. When i enter my registeration number and passphrase it just says they are invalid.
I know the reg munber and passphrase are right so it must be something to do with the browser still. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Just my quick interpretation od the problem. I belive it is due to poor webiste creation. The sending of the form is done through Javascript. As IE and Mozilla have different Document Object Models, there is a possibility that the authors of the website made the website compatible with IE, while forgetting the Mozilla users (this is what usually happens). This is why when you click the submit button in Mozilla, nothing happens. Complain to the website authors.

Hope this explains it.
