Can i get information regarding the implementation of RSVP in linux and which versions of linux support RSVP?

The module is "cls_rsvp", and has been present in most Linux distros for over six years now.
Well I have tried using the tc command for rsvp filter (classifying the packets based on rsvp). It shows illegal argument. The manual also doesn't give more details on using tc command for rsvp.
It would be helpful if i get inputs for this issue.

We can't give you inputs, if you don't provide DETAILS, or ask a clear question. You don't tell us what version/distro of Linux you're using, what the command you're typing in is, what message(s) you get, or what you're trying to accomplish. We can't guess....
