problem operating command with DUAL operating system with ubuntu & windows 7


I try to install ubuntu 9 on woindows 7.The ubuntu is working quite fine.I try to see where my bin files are located.Its in folder FILE SYSTEM.
My commands ip addr,ls are working.

The command sudo cd/usr/bin is not working.

Please let me know where problem is.

Changing directories with the cd command, you need a space after cd and prior to the /usr/bin/
