Your default route doesn't make much sense given your IP & netmask.
Neither do the DNS servers.

Yes...did you not understand the reply??

The default gateway doesn't make sense with that IP address, nor do the DNS servers. So either you put in the wrong information, or you've not got something set up right. I'm assuming this is a follow-up from your other threads about your GSM modem, where you didn't bother posting a reply, or acknowledging you even got answers.

No, you have NOT given the right information. If you did, it would be working.

You need to contact your ISP, and ask them what the default gateway and DNS information should be, and set it up accordingly.

baxzius 07-19-2011 12:39 PM

i just know only the APN ... so i setup only that field in MOBILE BROADBAND

baxzius 07-19-2011 12:40 PM

ok.....
can u check about the wvdial section please?

...which explains why it's not working. Since you did NOT PUT IN THE RIGHT INFORMATION. Again, get the correct information from your provider.

Spell out your words. And check WHAT about the wvdial section?

baxzius 07-19-2011 12:42 PM

what informations should i know from the provider brother ? :(

Tinkster 07-19-2011 12:44 PM

If that network set-up is the result of a DHCP lease
you need to contact your ISP and ask them to sort
their stuff out.

baxzius 07-19-2011 12:47 PM

no.not useful.i am expecting another answer please.

baxzius 07-19-2011 12:50 PM

any body help me.

szboardstretcher 07-19-2011 12:57 PM

If it works from Windows, I suggest that you boot into windows. Bring up the mobile broadband device and surf the internet to make sure it is working.

Then go to a dos prompt and provide the output of:

Code:

ipconfig /all
route print
