What specifically are you looking for, cause there is most likely more than one directory for KDE ?

arka 12-26-2002 10:35 AM

yes

I'm sorry but your looking for "includes" ?

Are you looking for like a configuration directory or something else, I'm not following you.

Problem started with me trying to install krfb
The readme says copy files to your kde directory /opt/yourkdedirectory

i tryed /etc/kde/kdm but it didnt work

trickykid 12-26-2002 11:17 AM

Well if you have KDE installed, you should have a /opt/kde directory ?? What distro are you using ?

arka 12-26-2002 11:20 AM

im using kde on redhat 8 but /opt directory is empty

trickykid 12-26-2002 11:26 AM

Try performing a search like this to find all files and dir's with KDE:

find / -name kde

And see what it comes up with.

arka 12-26-2002 11:27 AM

allready tryed
allmost all were icons

trickykid 12-26-2002 11:58 AM

Can you post the output of that command I suggested in what it found ?? Maybe adding a * on both sides to perform a search ?
