kde directory


sorry for my stupidity but where is kde directory in redhat 8.0

What specifically are you looking for, cause there is most likely more than one directory for KDE ?

I'm sorry but your looking for "includes" ?

Are you looking for like a configuration directory or something else, I'm not following you.

Problem started with me trying to install krfb
The readme says copy files to your kde directory /opt/yourkdedirectory

i tryed /etc/kde/kdm but it didnt work

Well if you have KDE installed, you should have a /opt/kde directory ?? What distro are you using ?

Try performing a search like this to find all files and dir's with KDE:

find / -name kde

And see what it comes up with.

Can you post the output of that command I suggested in what it found ?? Maybe adding a * on both sides to perform a search ?
