Sorry, I'm not really sure. I didnt get any warning like that when I installed. Though, mine is on Debian and done through the cli. If it was me, I'd just continue with the install. But maybe someone here can answer the question better. |

I just searched synaptic for freshplayer. I picked the plugin, installed it, and it worked without any further action. But you must have chrome browser installed, because that's where the plugin actually comes from. There is no standalone pepperflash-plugin.
