Imwheel help me get the right keys.....
 
Hi,

I have set up xorg.xonf

Code:

Section "InputDevice"
        Identifier  "PS/2 Mouse"
        Driver      "mouse"
        Option      "Protocol"  "ExplorerPS/2"
        Option      "Buttons"          "7"
        Option      "ZAxisMapping"          "6 7"
        Option      "Device" "/dev/misc/psaux"

I have loaded up imwheel set up imwheelrc as ....

Code:

".*"
None,Left,Alt_L|Left
None,Right,Alt_L|Tab

Left & Right being 4 & 5 ....

Well I get nothing with imwheel running

If I change Left to Up then it works (on scroll wheel)

I have trust 305ks deskset ....

Help I'm going mad.......

Maybe try for the protocol : IMPS/2. ?

tried that same result ...

wondered if Button1 Button2 would work ?

I just start imwheel with

imwheel

do I need to add anything else ?

What type of mouse have you got ?

Trouble with imwheelrc
 
Hi guys
I have changed everything as said in the forum but I still have a little problem when I try to launch imwheel this message appears


WARNING: imwheel process could not be verified, it may not be running anymore, that's OK!
: No such file or directory
INFO: imwheel started (pid=11591)
Unrecognized wheel action in config.

Does anybody know why I have this message and what it means?
