How do I setup a mail, proxy and file server running the listed services?

I would like to know how to setup a mail, proxy and file server using Red Hat linux which runs the following services
  1. Web based email
  2. Antivirus mail scanner
  3. File server
  4. Internet Content filtering to remove pornography
  5. E-mail content filtering
  6. Internet and email traffic logging
  7. Web based administration module
  8. Remote dial-in access
  9. Mail Auto Responder

Your help will be greatly appreciated.

That's quite a bit to setup, and how you do it depends on which application you'd like to use for each component. I would start with an install of RHEL, secure it, and then bring each component online separately.
