How do I setup a mail, proxy and file server running the listed services?

I would like to know how to setup a mail, proxy and file server using Red Hat linux which runs the following services

Web based email
Antivirus mail scanner
File server
Internet Content filtering to remove pornography
E-mail content filtering
Internet and email traffic logging
Web based administration module
Remote dial-in access
Mail Auto Responder

Your help will be greatly appreciated.

That's quite a bit to setup, and how you do it depends on which application you'd like to use for each component. I would start with an install of RHEL, secure it, and then bring each component online separately.
