I went through all these dual booting problems, and had to work them out myself. When I did it, I did not know about this site.

I am impressed with Ubuntu though. Almost everything worked out in getting it running, and the dual boot is a cool feature actually, but I can see a day soon where I never boot Windows again. Why would anyone? :D

The only issue I have is an old webcam made by Creative (Live Cam Voice) for which there does not appear to be a driver available outside Windows. Nope, I have not tried any generic drivers and probably will just buy a new HD camera (Logitech?) that is compatible.

I haven't dual-booted in almost 9 years ...
