Multi WAN router setup

We have 3 routes out of our office
1. Lan link to cable router, in office 'down the road'
2. ADSL line in this office
3. A 4G dongle in office router

Want to buy and config a single router that will direct traffic to whichever of those 3 is fastest available at any time

I'm assuming that means a router with OSPF, and at least 2 WAN ports, and a failover to USB dongle.

Any suggestions on suitable router, or on how to go about this?
