My Linux server is not Gateway and I use Microsoft products as Internet Gateway. In your opinion is it work?

Since you've given us absolutely zero information to work off of (other than the internet gateway is a "Microsoft product"), that question is impossible to answer. You'll either need to research it yourself or give us enough information about the setup that we can provide you with a reasonably accurate answer. The best I can do with the information you've provided so far is "probably".

A lot of people use the sshd to allow access to a Linux machine; or you may want to use vnc.
A lot depends on how you want to connect & view the Debian machine, i.e. GUI or CLI.

He hasn't even provided enough information to ask a decent question. I could ask pages of questions and 90% of them would be irrelevant to his application, which he hasn't bothered to discuss. It's not my job to give step by step instructions guiding a user through asking a proper question. This is forum etiquette 101.

But if you must, here you go:
1) Are you trying to connect with a graphical or command line interface?
2) What is it that you want to DO over this remote connection?
3) Do you control the network on which your destination computer is connected?
4) Do you have any idea HOW your destination computer is connected to this network (private LAN, public IP, etc)
5) Do you have any idea what kind of bandwidth is available for this connection, or what you need for whatever it is you plan to do?
6) What kind of computer are you connecting FROM (OS)?

I could keep going, but it's pointless until the OP provides something useful...

I'm still puzzling over this:

Microsoft does offer MS branded routers, but a router is a router.

Whatever that Microsoft product is, it should be simple enough to set it up to forward an external call to the ssh or vpn port to his Linux machine. Giving the Linux box a static ip address would be necessary to give that configuration stability.

OP, I think it would help if you were to provide specific technical details about your setup. The generalities are muddying the water.
