Ongoing Issue with Touchpad/Cursor Issue
Running Linux Mint (Qianna) Cinnamon on a HP Pavillion AMD A8-6410 having 1TB H/D & 8MB Ram.
Having either Touchpad or cursor issue. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F9Cir417GrE Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks |
supposing this is fairly new hardware, my guess is that it's not a hardware problem.
please look into settings for your touchpad - it is likely to work differently than on windows, so maybe you just have to get used to it. there's also a command line utility called "syndaemon" which basically disables the touchpad while you're typing. but i guess that this is already part of your touchpad gui utility somehow. you said one word in the video which sounded like "dynamooter" or "dinamoota", i didn't quite catch it, but you said you unchecked it. please elaborate. |
