Hi
Happy new year I have aspire 5520, near enough configuration. I have Mandriva 2008.1 installed, every thing works. I tried several distros before I found this, non worked for me including Mandriva 2009. If you can not find information about which distro works with the 5050 then try to download live distros and try them first before attempting to install. Remember that newer is not always better and yo may have to try older distros. Sorry I could not be more specific. Best of luck |
