Help with Printer XP-640 from Epson?
New Epson XP-640 printer spits out blank pages when asked to print. Anyone seen this before? I will just have to get another one unless someone has seen and fixed this before?
Following on from your earlier thread, I assume you configured CUPS to use the 'epson-201208w' driver package, and that it this driver that isn't working as hoped?

Confirm with
Code:
egrep "Name|Model|Filter" /etc/cups/ppd/*
BTW does a CUPS test page print successfully?
The driver for the XP-640 loads OK
No need to use the driver suggested.
How do you use cups as I have it but will not load?
