K-mail Host Problem
 

I would not normally "cross post" for help but didn't receive any replies in another forum.

Using KDE Version 3.2.1

When logging into K-mail I get a dialogue box...

"E K-Mail
Could not connect to host localhost"

I know that I have the correct address for the POP & the SMTP.

Maybe that I have changed a default somehow?

Not normally cross post? Well our rules forbid it so this thread is being closed. If you feel your thread should be in another forum after posting, report it and a moderator will most likely move it accordingly.

I don't see any problems with your questions being in Linux - Newbie. You have to be patient for the right member that knows the correct answer to come along and answer your questions, it is the holiday season as well, things are a little slower..

What can you do while waiting? Try researching your problem. Post any more information you feel might help solve your problem to your existing thread.. and so on.
