How they say a distro is cool
 
Hello everyone.How do people say a distro is cool .I don't find anything cool in slackware.I did teach me how to connect to internet and I learned some commands :D.Sorry if i were wrong and I welcome anyone to show the path of how to learn a linux inside out.

You are on wrong path then. Calling something cool or not is personal choice. I do not know what to call cool in the first place. I may call Ubuntu to be cool as well. And as for teaching commands, most of the distributions share same set of commands. Those that are distribution specific and desktop environment specific are different. And may be some other minor stuff may differ. I would be happy if you define cool. One of my female friend calls Snoop Dog cool. But I call him a idiotic criminal.

Nothing big I just want a Path to learn inside out of linux.My aim is understand what's happening in my box:D

That is okay but how does it help you to know how to call a distro cool? That does not teach you linux.

You can "learn inside out of linux" with any distro. Try a few, choose the one that suits you best, ignore other peoples' opinions and whether it's regarded as "cool" or not.

But it doesn't matter if you do it after 2, 3, or 5 years, what does matter is that you do it right!
