What happened to KDE Light?
 

I heard about something called "KDE Light", I guess a special version of KDE meant to be faster and smaller. Yet, I search around and only find dead links. Is this project abandoned?

All I've seen is people saying that "KDE-Lite" or "KDE-light" would be nice, but not that it exists. Other than that, SimpleKDE is all I've come across. http://www.osnews.com/thread?100908

There is KDE-mod for Arch Linux. I have not used it recently, and the developers have been working on Chakra, which is Arch + KDE-mod. I'm not current on this, so have a look at their website.:
