LXDE Control Center in Lubuntu -- why can I figure out how to open it?

I'm reading articles that speak of this so called control center but I see no way to get into it. I know it has to be simple and I feel dumb asking but... I can't find it.

I tried lxde-control-center from terminal. tried lxdecc. Tries looking in preferences and system tools...

help plx

Look for the "Open Box Control Center." In my installation of LXDE on Mageia, that's the control center, as LXDE is an OpenBox spin.
