Buy hardware that comes with it or convince someone to gift a licensed copy to you.

You can get it cheaper from platforms like Ebay, though it is questionable if that is allowed in your jurisdiction, since it mostly seems to be Recovery media that are sold. Ordinary licenses are not much cheaper than buying it new from stores.
If you ask for illegal copies, we will not support you with that here.
Have you tried using Wine? I have an old program that I still need and Wine does the trick: only about half the Wine versions will run it, but there's always one.
You would use many of the windows products for quite a long time legally. I have an evaluation copy of windows 8 that I use. Just have to know it's limits.
Like others were saying you can use the 90 day Windows trial for a virtual machine. Or if there are certain programs that you want to run that are not on Linux then try WINE, however, with WINE most apps, if not all, are not guaranteed to work but they should. So with WINE you should find some success but there are no promises. I mainly use WINE for Windows games like Fallout New Vegas. Other than video games there aren't many Windows applications that I've tried to get through WINE. So if you're going to try to work with WINE good luck.
