Have you gone through the ripperX 'setup' screen and made sure it is looking at either /dev/cdrom or /dev/hdc?

Everything seems to be setup correctly in the configureation pannel's
i have this in my extra options:

Code:

-d /dev/cdrom

Well, sorry man, I don't know what to tell you. Honestly, I gave up on ripperX a while ago because it was acting flaky. It would add extra chars to the fetched cddb info and whatnot.

Perhaps put the disk in /dev/hdd just for giggles.

Perhaps you will have better luck with Grip or KAudioCreator...
