Unfortunately, I have grown leery about believing the " stories " from my governmental officials and the " main stream media " so this article interested me:

That cannot be tolerated.....
Though seriously, this is only the tip of the iceberg. Again I want to know what the reaction will be from the state dept. because of the current Philiipines president stance, and deciding to turn towards the PRC and Russia. I am sure the state dept. won't let this stand and is plotting as we speak for some kind of coup d'etat or something.
Side note - sorry but I am beginning to like Putin more and more now:
That is the view of Hillary's guru and is probably one of the reasons. There were probably other reasons such as war profiteering from making a mess (the US loves fighting people who don't really have the means to fight back, spreading terrorism far and wide), Saudi Arabia didn't like him, he stopped producing weapons of mass destruction, he was pro-Palestinian which is a big no-no, and thought about nationalizing Libyan oil.

we have a comedian in Germany who said just before they silenced Gaddafi: „When Gaddafi speaks his mind, then Nicolas Sarkozy and Silvio Berlusconi can play cards on the island of Elba.”
I, for one, sure wish that the politicians of the United States would finally get around to obeying our constitution instead of continually violating it at every turn!! Murdering people all over the world is not what we should be doing!!

If they did that, then they would not be making as much money as they are now. If they could they would abolish it all together.
Unfortunately for "U.S.," Vladimir Putin is a very experienced politician and national leader who by-the-by does not buy-in to the increasingly shrieking(!) rhetoric that continues to pour forth from the United States.
In interviews such as this one, he continues to present himself as an international leader with far more ... well ... maturity than what is being evidenced by two people who want to be the next executive leaders of my country. (Neither one of which, in my opinion as "one lowly voter," are qualified to hold the office which they are unafraid to seek "no holds barred." And so, neither one of which will receive "my one lowly vote.")
Well here I go again with me praising Mr. Putin but; again considering the sheer chaos of the US media and it's attempts to distract the populace from real issues, and distorting reality - Mr. Putin pretty much is the voice of reason whether you like it or not. It saddens me though that most if not all of his words will fall on deaf ears.
From the electoral stand point I honestly do not see how Trump will actually win. I don't like Clinton, but compared to Trump she does have at least SOME kind of qualifications, not that it matters though. With her hawkish policies she will only risk further straining and possibly destroying all relations with the Russian Federation.
From what I have seen of the US' track record , it is very good at alienating other countries that are supposed to be their allies; refuses any actual cooperation - and acts like a spoiled brat when they do not get their way - even if it is to the detriment to the civilian population as a whole.

Just goes to show ya, the problems with politics in this country are created and nutured by a very few media owners. The Tea Party, Donald Trump, Bush winning in 2000 are all creations of Rupert Murdoch, not the American People.
The communications act of 1995 was a key piece in destroying the country, followed by the Supreme Court deciding an election, the Patriot Act, Citizens United have all been key pieces in the downfall of our country. I don't see any way back to the ideals that made America a good country, I believe we're destined to follow an ugly path to the end.
