Hi guys, does any one know a clipart design software for Linux or Windows?

I just to use it for presentation, as what the odds say that Picture speaks louder than words.

Any input is greatly appreciated, thank you.

Hi...

Do you mean something like this?

EDIT: I just installed this program myself and found out it's a 30 day trial, which you can unlock the full version by purchasing a license key. The license options strike me as expensive but that may be par for the course for this kind of software. Upon downloading, simply open a terminal and navigate to the location where you downloaded it to and extract it to a location of your choice. Navigate to that location and then enter these commands one by one...

Code:
chmod +x edrawmax-8-32.run
Code:
sudo ./edrawmax-8-32.run
It should then install without a hitch!

I also found this free online program, although I think it requires the java plugin to work.

Regards...

Which are your limits and requirements? I venture, that Inkscape and LibreOffice Draw are too big for a reason, but personally, I would use exactly that and then Gimp to apply some final effects.

Or maybe, I just don't know, what a clipart is.

These are three old pictures, that I have once painted “from scratch” and used as program icons.
If your needs are different, you should name them.

Hi Ardvark, thanks for the links.

The second link, doesn't have any offline installer? Thanks.

Hi Michael, You are right about asking the limits and requirements.

I actually want to include it on my first post, but I don't want to mixed it with some limitations because i'm asking an open suggestions.

It's actually for my presentation but with a limited of time, and I'm not really an skilled artist. I just want something that can easily create some simple cliparts but it' able to express clearly the ideas and of course, something that is quite presentable.

Something that is able to draw like a table, a person sitting down beside the desk and able to create call outs (just simple cliparts not 2D or 3d). Is it something very hard? I might be asking too much which need a professional artist. LOL.

I will try to explore some, but sometimes some programs got PUP and quite scary to install.

Thanks for the input.

If you're referring to this program, as far as I know, it's only web based.

I understand completely, now.
Ardvark's suggestions are responding well to your requirements. But you should definitely also take a look at Dia. Though called “Diagram editor” the many available templates should allow a diversity of creations. Ideal for quick (and not forcibly dirty) drawings, especially technology-oriented.

In the screen shot I show the template collections from A to O, there is more, below.

Hi Michael, thanks for the link. Yes, it looks good and will definitely help. It's like the equivalent of Visio in MS world.

you can use Adobe: adobe illustrator or photoshop on Windows (best and superior functionalities)
On anything: gimp, inkscape (opensource)

here a cool clipbart vector software : https://www.edrawsoft.com/clipart.php

Go for Illustrator, you will definitely like it.

Hi Patrick, Illustrator is not free.

The edrawsoft and inkscape seems promising.

I started using GIMP but I'm not yet that expert, I'm only able to create text with fancy effects and my knowledge still limited to that.

Any GIMP tips and tricks that is easy to follow and learn?
