debain mirrors

anyone tried mirroring debian.. the debian site said mirroring one architecture would require just 9GB,but the rsync command i have executed has already downloaded 27GB for i386 architecture alone,the pool coming upto 25 GB, why s this..what did debian mean by 9GB..or is there anything that can be excluded while running the rsync command.. and what are the main requirements for being atleat a secondary mirror of debian.. please help out denzil |
what's your rsync command? Maybe you got it wrong and you are downloading the entire archive, which is around 120GB?
