$username,

I am happy to report that last week, LinuxQuestions.org turned six. We've come a long way in six years: 2,311,325 posts, 254,019 registered members, participation from over 25 distributions and a small network of sites that I think serve the community well. I'd like to thank each and every LQ member for helping to make the site what it is. Visit http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...d.php?t=459454 to discuss LQ's sixth birthday.
We've just made it easier for you to bookmark your favorite threads, articles and other LQ content at your favorite social sites. In every thread you will notice a Digg and del.icio.us icon now. For Articles and LinuxAnswers you'll notice even more icons, including reddit and furl. Now, if you see content you find useful you can make it easier for yourself to find it later and help get exposure for LQ. http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...d.php?t=459582 has more information on the new functionality.
Another distribution has joined LinuxQuestions.org. Please welcome Puppy Linux. I'd like to thank Mark for working with me to get the Puppy forum setup. Goto http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...splay.php?f=71 for the Puppy Linux forum.
The LQ podcast continues to grow and gain listeners. Visit http://radio.linuxquestions.org/ to join thousands of other listeners. You'll be glad to know that we now directly link to an ogg file for every episode. If you're using a podcatcher, just add http://radio.linuxquestions.org/syndicate/lq.php to have the LQ podcasts automatically downloaded (or itms://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewPodcast?id=73330686 if you're an iTunes user). After listening to the show, feel free to join in the discussion, either by sending me an audio comment or by commenting on the LQ Radio site.
