is PureOS' latest version too old?

I am looking at the distro PureOS. I have not seen on its actual website how old the latest version is; but on Distrowatch, the latest listed release of PureOS https://distrowatch.com/table.php?distribution=pureos is over ten years old. If that's the case, it doesn't sound like a good idea for me to try this distro.

DistroWatch's news and releases is old on the page but if you look at the feature table it shows version 10.3 released in 2023-06-14 which matches their website.

The latest release was v10.3, less than a year ago. This information is on the DistoWatch page.

The date is not stated on the PureOS download page, but is included in the download's filename.
