Pros: Easy to use, makes Linux feel very simple and clean
Cons: Not for people who actually know how to use Linux

This is a great distro for people who don't want to have anything to do with "complicated computer stuff". It hides the scary boot-up with a nice splash screen, gives you an easy to use desktop, and makes it simple to install new software by browsing their repository.

The only drawback is that it holds your hand through pretty much everything. It even goes to the point of telling you not to log in as root. (!) This isn't a point for people that just want a working computer, but Linux meddlers like myself who are used to distros like Slackware and Debian will lose it due to lack of in-depth control over the system.

Even so, if you're making a system for someone who wants to "see Linux", this would make a great first impression. Thumbs up.
