Zorin OS 15 Turn boot to SSD with GParted

I have the Zorin OS 15 Ultimate here, I've installed it at 1TB HDD partition, but I have now an plus, an SSD with 120GB, can I change some paths/configs to do the SSD as boot and HDD as storage with GParted? How?

The link below discusses this for Ubuntu and since Zorin is derived from Ubuntu, the steps should be similar. You will obviously have to make some changes as you might not have the gedit text editor and you would have to change the UUIDs the /etc/fstab file as well as boot files. Shouldn't be too complex since you only have the one OS on the computer.
