It was impossible for my brain to figure out where the mouse REALLY was, so I let it be
Turned it on yesterday, and it had fixed itself ????
So I was able to go to Activities Overview - search for Rotation - and up came a big arrow near the mid top of screen which said Lock Rotation, which I did
Phew
