Zorin 12.2 Power Management Options Severely Lacking

I just upgraded to Zorin OS 12.2 today and the pattern of power management options becoming more and more limited appear to have gotten even more limited. At this rate, by the time version 14 is released, you're going to be forced to use it with your monitor going to sleep between keypresses.

The screen blanking options now only let you set a maximum time of 15 minutes or never. I've looked through every hidden folder/file in my home directory, and I can't figure out what file those settings are being stored in. Using dconf-editor isn't much help either, I can't find the settings in there.

Anybody have any idea how I can set things so the screen blanker doesn't kick in for an hour and the computer doesn't go to sleep for 2 hours? I would have posted this in the forums but it won't even send me a confirmation email to activate my account.
