zenwalk 7.0 to 7.2

Hello
I ve installed zenwalk 7.0 on an old pc ; it works ok .But I am biginner in linux .
How can I install zenwalk 7.2 ? (because I would like to make work an sound card externe : terratec aureon )

config : Dell dimension 4600 RAM 250 M0 DD : 80 GO proc intel 4

As told you in another thread of yours. It is surely discussed in your distro documentation.
It's probably question of one command - read a bit.
