Question Update and install packages in Zenwalk

I have just installed Zenwalk 7.4. I would like to learn how to update and upgrade the software packages plus download some others.
Does anyone Know of a tutorial, that would get me started?
Thanks.

The problem is here. regarding this link.

The requested URL /en/Package20Management.html was not found on this server.
Apache/2.2.22 (Debian) Server at manual.zenwalk.org Port 80
