Koha 3.8 installation for Zenwalk

I am trying to install Koha 3.8 on Zenwalk 7.

I have to use the tar.gz file because zenwalk does not have it in any repository I have tried.

I have installed all my dependencies. mysql, yax etc.

I installed to /opt.

It keeps telling me it can't find this and it can't find that no matter where I put it. In my home directory, in /opt, in /usr/share.

Nothing works.

Does anyone have detailed instructions on how to do this.

What directory do I install it in?
Where do the other dependencies such as Zebra, MySql, Yax have to be installed in?

AND why is this so durn hard? Can't a single repository have this? Gees, no wonder people get frustrated using Linux.

Take your time and read the read me file it should provide you with the proper instructions to install correctly.
