Koha 3.8 installation for Zenwalk
I am trying to install Koha 3.8 on Zenwalk 7.
I have to use the tar.gz file because zenwalk does not have it in any repository I have tried. I have installed all my dependencies. mysql, yax etc. I installed to /opt. It keeps telling me it can't find this and it can't find that no matter where I put it. In my home directory, in /opt, in /usr/share. Nothing works. Does anyone have detailed instructions on how to do this. What directory do I install it in? Where do the other dependencies such as Zebra, MySql, Yax have to be installed in? AND why is this so durn hard? Can't a single repository have this? Gees, no wonder people get frustrated using Linux. |
