YOS Devel..

Hey,

Anyone else using the 2.2 devel version besides me? I downloaded the Gnome version and..I'm downloading the KDE one to go over it. Lets just leave it at that =P

I must say Gnome looks fairly retarded right now. I'm going to load it onto my dev machine later and see if I can "mess with it" a bit.

Hopefully KDE will be like the current YOS - beautiful and sexeh ;-)

If anyone has any more strange, but post-able experiences with YOS devel, put em in this thread. :-)

I have never been a big fan of Gnome. I have tried Gnome serveral times but always end up going back to KDE

Gnome is great in stuff like Fedora Core 3...

It looks ace. =P

But KDE looks best in Yoper, I will say that :-)

I downloaded Ubuntu to try out, it is Gnome based and I was ready to get rid of it after about 5 minutes of use. I hope that I can be putting Yoper 2.2 on soon.

Gnome always gives me a case of "Is that all?" and "I can't do that Hal" :-)
If the yoper team does as well with default package selection in yoper-gnome as in the kde version that may well change...

I don't find the package selection is bad - most packages are installed just not on the menus =P

I just want Gnome to look pretty :-P
