Problems with Mozilla 1.7.3

Hello,

I'm new Yoper user and i feel just great with that

But here is the thing: i have installed new Yoper 2.1, after that i have upgraded system using apt-get (in console mode). That's the moment where i have noticed that something wrong is happening with mozilla (newly installed version 1.7.3)

when i click on for instance such link: domain / file.mpg

i got message like this:
"/tmp/ez6hge3z.mpeg could not be saved, because the source file could not be read. Try again later, or contact the server administrator."

The same problem is for instance with torrent files ... how to resolve this problem ?

I had a similar problem with mozilla, If you will do an apt-get "update" and not the "upgrade" you won't have the problem. you will probably have to reload yoper and then do just the update, also be sure to get the latest apt get sources.hope this helps

download mozilla from mozilla.org and install it manually. the one included with yoper is broken. we will soon remove mozilla completely and replace it with firefox.

I really like firefox and thunderbird both and I have used both of them over the past year or two, but I was never able to get them to work together, as in click on "send a link" in firefox and get it to open thunderbird or click on a link that was emailed to me in thunderbird and get it to open in firefox. I read everything I could find on how to fix it, but was never really able to understand how to make it work. I'm still open to a lesson if you can point me to so info that I can work with.
