can someone show me a good sources.list?

hey guys. im having some troubles with yoper (terrible lags, xmms hangs etc)

i try to run apt get or package managers and i get locked out of the servers or it cant find anything. heres my sources.list

# This is your fastest Yoper mirror:

rpm ftp://us2.yoper.com/yoper/ version2 os
##rpm rpm ftp://us2.yoper.com/yoper contrib os
rpm ftp://us2.yoper.com/yoper/ rocketfuel os
rpm-src ftp://us2.yoper.com/yoper/ version2 os
rpm-src ftp://us2.yoper.com/yoper/ contrib os
# Note: Uncomment the rpm-src lines if you want 'apt-get source' to work with most packages.

rpm http://us2.yoper.com/yoper/ version 2 os

rpm http://yoper.bsdnut.org/yoper/yoper/version2/RPMS.os/ version 2 os

can someone point me in the right direction? thanks in advance guys.

My understanding is that yoper.com servers have been down quite a bit lately, such as right now.

Can I go to one of the sources lists and download the updates and upgrades and burn them to a CD to give to a friend that has a dial up connection. we figured it would him 30 plus hours to get them at his connection speed. If so, what would be the easiest way to do that. Thanks for any help.

I'm sure if you add a cd entry the in sources.list like debian does.
I don't know if this will work in yoper as I have just come over from debian.

Anyone know when the source servers will be up again? The new server list is not working for me, even with my firewall off, so I am assuming they are not up yet.

I moved from debian myself about 2 months ago. I have to say I very impressed with yoper (except for the servers being down, if that is the problem). However I am not seeing a speed difference. KDE seems to hog resources no matter what flavor of linux it is on. Anyway, KUDOS to the developers!! It is the smoothest install of a linux distrobution I have had. The new debian sarge rc2 installer is quite sweet itself (I am a tester for them). They have come along way.

Sorry about going off topic.

Thx,
Killersheep
