Exclamation Crypt issue

Hi there,

I installed Vector 5.9 Gold on my PC. The installation went thr' fine and everything looks good. However when I try the 'cryptdir' command it asks me for a password and then for some reason it fails. It gives me an error 'crypting inside the file or file name issue ( I am sorry but that was about 4 in the morning and I was brain dead.

I was wondering if anyone had an isssue like this ??

I tried $mkdir vv and then $cryptdir vv

that too did not help

P.S :- the man page is funny - specially the known bugs section
