bittornado-gui install on vectore soho 5.1rc1

How do I install bittornado in vector soho 5.1rc?
The previous bittornado howto on this forum s not as helpful or does not explain enough as to where to get the file.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I installed bittornado-gui noarch from slackware 10.1 as shown in post, as well as pythongtk2.6.3, It still does not really work or function like it does on other distros.

Since bittornado would not work for me, is there a way or howto for using or setting up ktorrent, such that it would allow me to continue my downloads already started and saved in like /mnt/hda4.

Under ktorrent configure: It has tmp storage area> and download file area>

If I set both of these to look at /mnt/hda4., would that automatically allow all my downloads to reference that directory....

azureus normally chooses to save things in in special azureus folder and I think Ktorrent is the same..

I prefer bittorrent-gui or bittornado-gui as they leave me with the option of choosing where I need to save my downloads to...

If someone, can get me to be able to use ktorrent which comes with vectorsoho 5.1rc, then I might become a happy camper.... As it is now, I still am unable to download via bittornado...

Is there like a repository area to enable in vslapt that would enable the install process and dependencies to be resolved such that there is no error in my choice of bittornado or pythongtk selection... be it slack-current or slackware 10.1?
