Xubuntu
 

Has anyone been playing around with Xubuntu. It looks pretty cool and have used XFCE before. Just wondering what you people think of the 6.06 version.

I use to brag about other distros until stumbling upon Ubuntu about 6 months ago.

Sweet.....Just plain Sweet! The composite Manager is nice!

Xubuntu 6.06 is great.
Splash screen is now a mouse running inside the Ubuntu logo.
You no longer have to type in a password to shut down.
The default theme looks prettier.
It includes automounting of media.
It uses Thunar instead of Rox-Filer.

Not having issues running Ubuntu with gnome at all. Just getting a little bored and interested in trying something new.

What are some of the advantages and disadvantages of running Xubuntu other than speed?
